NBA: Indiana Pacers at Brooklyn Nets
According to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, Kyrie Irving met with commissioner Adam Silver on Tuesday morning, and the two “had a productive and understanding visit.”
The Nets gave Kyrie a list of conditions to meet, before he was eligible to return from his suspension an this one one of them. It was expected Irving would meet with the commissioner at some point before reinstatement.
There’s been no report on Irving’s progress in satisfying the Nets’ requirements, but it sounds like he’s heading right direction after meeting with the commissioner.
Irving has missed the Nets the last week after posting an anti-sematic film on his Instagram last Friday. The Nets have won 2/3 games in the 30-year-olds dismissal.
Brooklyn host the Knicks tomorrow in the Barclays center.
