The NFL reported that games this season saw the lowest average final score margin since 1932.

Teams were separated by a average of 9.7 points in games played during the 2022 season. The league said it’s the lowest margin in 90 years. Nearly 160 games were decided by eight points or fewer.

Ironically enough, three of the six playoff games this weekend have a 9-point projected point differential.

Wild Card Weekend officially begins on Saturday at 4:30PM, when the Seattle Seahawks travel to San Francisco to take on the 49ers.

The Chiefs are currently the favorite to to win the Superbowl at +350, according to Fanduel Sportsbook. It would be Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid’s second championship in four years.
