(New York) — Let’s not forget about Breece Hall.

During seven games played during his rookie season, Hall flashed his high-end potential, rushing for 463 yards on 80 carries – good enough for a very impressive 5.8 yards per carry. Before suffering a torn ACL in Week 7, he appeared to be well on his way to claiming the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year award.

Hall was one of four players placed on the team’s physically unable to perform list as players reported to camp on Wednesday – joining wide receiver Randall Cobb, tight end C.J. Uzomah, and defensive back Jarrick Bernard-Converse.

Free agent Dalvin Cook has been connected to the Jets for quite some time as Halls timeline remains murky. Cook to the Jets is heating up by the minute as the team is set to host the back for a visit this weekend.

Hall, apparently, wasn’t too happy about the news.

The running back tweeted “Lol”  from his twitter account – suggesting he doesn’t love the reports of Cook joining Gang Green. He would later delete the tweet.

The growing possibility of a Cook signing to New York might call for some unexpected controversy in the back field.
