NFL: Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears
CHICAGO — It’s been an ugly week for the Chicago Bears.
On Wednesday night, it got worse.
The Bears are trying to track down equipment that was stolen earlier this week at Soldier Field. A stadium manager said someone stole equipment, including gators and lawn mowers, from a parking structure.
The estimated loss is over $100,000. The incident occurred sometime overnight on Wednesday.
Staff said the thieves tore down a security fence to drive the equipment out of the garage.
The news come out just days after Defensive coordinator Alan Williams resigned and quarterback Justin Fields suggested that he is being overcoached.
No worries. What’s next for Chicago?
