NEW YORK — The Giants are down another offensive lineman.

New York announced on Thursday that guard Shane Lemieux has been placed on injured reserve after suffering a torn biceps during Wednesday’s practice –  and will presumably miss the remainder of the season.

A fifth-round pick in 2020, Lemieux had appeared in four games with one start this season.

Despite playing primarily as a backup, his value can’t be overstated for an offensive line that has already been decimated by injuries.

In a corresponding move, the Giants signed Sean Harlow, another interior offensive lineman, off the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad.

Harlow, 28, spent time with the Giants in training camp. A fourth-round draft pick in 2017, Harlow has eight career starts with the Falcons, Cardinals, and Cowboys.
