NFL: AFC Divisional Round-Kansas City Chiefs at Buffalo Bills
KANSAS CITY — There’s petty. And there’s flat out embarrassing.
The Buffalo Bills have managed to do both.
Kansas City offensive tackle Donovan Smith claimed the Bills turned off the Chiefs’ hot water in the visitors locker room after the Super Bowl champions punched their ticket to the AFC Championship Game with a 27-24 victory on Sunday night.
“Damn caught a L and they shut our hot water off… smh it’s all good we got that Dub today,” Smith wrote on X.
As of Monday, it appears the Bills have not yet addressed the allegations.
Not everyone is buying it though. A fan on social media suggested that the Bills’ recent weather conditions could have impacted the hot water situation.
“Not to be that guy, but the Bills could’ve been out of hot water lol,” one fan wrote on X, adding: “They did JUST get hit by a winter storm.”
Smith replied: “I just know it was hot then it wasn’t.”
If that wasn’t enough, Bill Mafia managed to dip even lower when Chiefs players were hit with snowballs by Bills fans as they exited the field.
“Never got hit wit so many snowballs in my life,” Chiefs defensive back Jaylen Watson wrote in a post on X. “Very classy GG tho.” Patrick Mahomes was also seen getting pelted with sno as he ran into the tunnel after the game.
At this point, you almost have to tip your cap to Bills Mafia. They have managed to dip even lower. Quite impressive.
