(Cincinnati, OH) – Fortunately for a “bored” Joe Burrow, NFL training camp is underway. The Bengals quarterback showed up with a new look this summer, earning comparisons to Eminem and Cody Rhodes with an iconic bleached-buzz.
The hairstyle is one that Burrow previously rocked during his high school days, and when asked why he decided to bring it back, he simply responded “I got bored.”
It also came with a condition however, as “B.J. [Hill] said that if I buzzed it and bleached it, he would do it too” according to Burrow who then called for the media to hold his teammate accountable.
Cincinnati’s top receiver Ja’Marr Chase also came to training camp with a buzz cut, though his not as bold as Burrow’s bleach.
The buzzed Bengals will look to bounce back in 2024 after a last place division finish in 2023 without their starting quarterback.
Burrow’s “guess who’s back” campaign will begin on September 8th as he hopes bring his team their first championship.
