(East Rutherford, NJ) – Jalin Hyatt is entering his second season with the Giants, one that he thinks is going to be a big one.

Hyatt spent his first year out of Tennessee catching the ball from three different quarterbacks on a struggling offense. The rookie receiver only brought in 23 catches for 373 yards.

But 2024 is going to be different – at least that’s the hope of Hyatt and the rest of the Giants. Hyatt said “there’s a lot that I haven’t shown” during his media availability on Thursday.

He added that he is, “very confident. I was confident last year. Obviously some things didn’t go the way we wanted them to go, and that’s alright. New year, new goals, new me. Just ready to execute, ready to go out there and play.”

The Giants’ main issue last season was instability everywhere – an issue that can hopefully be resolved with the return of Daniel Jones.

“We had a lot of issues,” said Hyatt. “Now coming back and getting back our confidence, seeing [Jones] back there and obviously a lot of new players. Just seeing everybody work together, it’s fun to see.”

“Coming off a year that we obviously didn’t want to have, we’re gonna learn from our mistakes and try to get better from that. Just trying to keep building, keep getting better, getting more comfortable with the playbook, going out there and executing. That’s my job, and I gotta do that.”

Hyatt will now be joined by first-rounder Malik Nabers who has shown significant promise throughout his first offseason. Darius Slayton and Wan’Dale Robinson round out the starting core.
