NFL: Chicago Bears at New York Jets
Just like we all predicted Zonovan Knight would lead the Jets backfield vs. the Bears Week 12.
The undrafted free agent compiled an impressive 103 yards (17 touches) in his NFL debut. He started out the game splitting time with Michael Carter until he went down with an ankle injury. From that point on Knight carried the load.
Fast forward to Thursday, and Michael Carter has yet to practice, suggesting he will be deemed inactive vs. the Vikings this Sunday.
With James Robinson seemingly in the dog house (healthy scratch) & Ty Johnson playing a complimentary role, Knight projects to lead the Jets backfield in touches vs. the Vikings.
He’s a risky play, but cemented on the flex radar. Are you willing to role the dice?
