(New York, NY) — For charging the field, charges were assessed.

An Astros fan is barred from attending Minute Maid Park in Houston after he ran onto the field with a beer in hand during Friday’s loss to the Texas Rangers.

“Oh, we’ve got a fan on the field. Uh-oh! Are they gonna get him? They got him!” the play-by-play announcer could be heard in a video obtained by Eyewitness News.

With the Astros behind in the ninth, Michael Guindi said he wanted to boost the team’s morale, and was on his sixth beer when he ended up running onto the field. He was wearing an unbuttoned Astros jersey and denim shorts, and ran across the left field and into the shallow right field before he was taken down by security and escorted out.

This comes during the first game since the Astros changed their alcohol policies.

The 26-year-old is charged with criminal trespass. However, he hopes he can get his ban from the arena lifted in time for the World Series.
