He’ll at least make a visit. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that DeAndre Hopkins will head down to Tennessee for a visit.

As Pelissero notes, Titans head coach Mike Vrabel was a linebackers coach and eventually a defensive coordinator in Houston while Hopkins was with the team, so there is a connection there. Hopkins’ impressive rebound season will earn him a massive target share no matter where he ends up.
And that would be a problem for the Titans. The Athletic’s Tim Graham reported the five-time Pro Bowler is believed to be seeking a contract in the $15 million to $18 million range, with incentives.
Per Over the Cap, the Titans have just $8 million in available salary-cap space, and even with some finagling, Hopkins will have to accept a pay cut.
