(New York, NY) – This season, Tommy Pham has been putting a routine hurt on baseballs.

In fact, after entering the season as mostly a bench or platoon option, he’s become one of the New York Mets’ most productive hitters (which admittedly says a lot about how their season is going).

And true to form, Pham has kept up his trademark intensity. Most recently, this involved a supportive fan on Twitter – who Pham seemingly didn’t realize was on his side.

The fan posted a message discussing Pham’s “barrel rate percentage” and rate of contact. Later, the account reposted the tweet and noted Pham follows him on social media – calling the ballplayer “his biggest fan.”

Pham took issue with that, saying, “Naw f*#& you I literally followed you bcuz my boy sent me something you posted regarding me now you think you big time you ain’t shit remember that.”

This continues Pham’s past instances that arguably call for anger management. He once challenged Luke Voit to a MMA fight. He also slapped opposing player Joc Pedersen during on field warm ups, due to a fight over fantasy football. Never change, Tommy, never change.

Or maybe change, and enjoy lower blood pressure and reduced stress levels.
