NFL: Dallas Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings
(Dallas, TX) – You’re all offsides, in violation of the neutral zone, and showing off unnecessary roughness. That’s what Dallas Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons says about his own team’s fans. During a recent trip to the airport, Parsons objected to fan’s behavior while seeking autographs.
“The fact it was 8 grown men waiting outside of my gate with mini helmets and pictures when I got off my planes is insane!!,” Parsons said on X. “I hope yall realize sometimes how much athletes gotta hold back ! This lady is currently following me!”

It was late Thursday afternoon when Parsons took to social media by originally posting a photo of a woman who was staring at him and holding a Cowboys helmet. Soon afterward he share a separate photo of the same woman standing near the baggage area. A man held a Cowboys jersey, and another fan held on to some clothing.
Generally speaking, Parsons seem to think these people were crossing the line.

“This women and these kids followed me to my luggage now! Is there any type of self respect and dignity any more?” Parsons insisted he explained he wasn’t looking to sign any autographs: “For everyone saying I didn’t decline !! Yall don’t think I declined and asked politely to be left alone!! There were grown men who followed me and crowd to my car! At what point is it too far in confused?!”
Parsons, who finished third in NFL Defensive Player of the Year voting, seemed to want to highlight what pro athletes can sometimes face when going out in public. “In the end I don’t think there has been an athlete more for the fan than me!” Parsons said on X. “It’s just a time and place for everything rushing me after I get off a flight is not the time period!”
